clean, welcoming, delicious
This hotel is a true gem! The buffet restaurant offered a fantastic array of international dishes, and the pasta made to order by the chef was a standout with beautiful presentation. Every meal felt special, especially as our friendly server Hatem anticipated our drink orders before we even sat down.
would recommend ❤️✨

Had a fantastic time at this hotel with friends! The entertainment options were amazing, featuring games, karaoke, and even a 'Learn Arabic' lesson, which we loved. The staff, especially Youssef and Ines, went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was plentiful, with diverse options every meal. I highly recommend checking out the local medina and nearby golf courses for more fun!
On a negative note, we experienced a bit of a mix-up with our return taxi transfer to the airport, which was frustrating. We had to arrange for a cab last minute, and it was a costly option that took away from an otherwise great experience.

honestly, medina is an experience, if you enjoy persistent cockroaches in toilets and a warm pool that’s only available for an hour, perhaps. i almost wrote a glowing review, but the lack of durable beds and no towels were just too much. also, an upgrade would have been the least they could do for our inconvenience.

The staff was friendly the room was clean. One moment that stood out was when the entertainment team, especially Thamer, organized a water polo game that my kids absolutely loved, it brought so much joy to our mornings.
It wasn’t inexpensive but totally reasonable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 21clean roomfresh foodtasty mealsold facilities
The twin room with garden view offered decent space, clean linens, and a sense of comfort that made it suitable for a short stay. The dining options, although repetitive at times, served culinary delights that showcased fresh ingredients, providing something tasty at each meal.
The hotel felt quite outdated, with many facilities functioning below expectations. for instance, the indoor pool only accessible during odd hours left us feeling restricted. The fitness center had dusty, worn-out equipment, giving off an air of neglect and the supposedly private beach was full of debris and suffered from lack of upkeep. the spa's limited services and charging European prices for extras, while lacking a sauna, made it less appealing compared to other options in the area.
